I want to know all the things. Can you take a minute and tell me about your meditation practice, or your interest in having one (even though you maybe think you * can’t * meditate)?
As you all know, I’m really passionate about bringing meditation and mindfulness practices to our writing tribe. I want to make sure that I can introduce these game-changing practices in a way that is accessible to everyone. If you think you can’t meditate, we just haven’t found your “in” yet.
What freaks you out about meditation? What makes it hard for you? What do you love about it? What do you want to know more about?
Below is a link to a survey I’ve created. If you could take a quick couple of minutes to fill it out, I would be ever so grateful. I know you are all busy and I value your time and appreciate it so much.
As a special thank you to all of you, I’m creating an intro to meditation guide to help you start a practice of your own – no strings attached, so if you can’t get to the survey, you’ll still get the goods, don’t worry.
As a lifelong sufferer of depression and as an artist who has run the gamut of the good, the bad, and the ugly in publishing, I can say with all honesty that meditation has saved my creative life. I hope this summer, it can add a boost to yours, too.
Bonus! When you do the survey, you’re also automatically entered into a drawing I’ll be doing where the winner receives a week of one-one-one meditation coaching from yours truly. We’ll create a personalized meditation plan for you so that we can get a practice off the ground, or boost one you already have that needs a little love.
